Place 1 drop of oil onto the scrub brush. With eyes carefully opened or closed, gently scrub the base of the lash. Repeat on all eyelids. Use a 10x magnification mirror as needed.

Dispense 1-2 pumps of foam* onto clean fingertips. With eyes closed, gently rub onto eyelids, eyelashes, & face. Rrinse off with water. *Warning: Because this product is a soap, do not get into eyes.

Run Focused Eye Roll under hot enough water to create a rolling hot compress for your eyelid margins. Roll up & down (perpendicular to the eyelid margins) for best results. Always wrist test the temperature before using on the eye area.

I loved getting the bag, but having a reaction to the cleansers.

I loved getting the bag, and the items where so cute, but the oil and the cleansing foam HIGHLY irritate my eyes. I've tried my best not to get the oil in my eye, but its nearly impossible when scrubbing the inner eye not to, and then on top of that, using the foam has been causing my eyes to feeling like are being stabbed and sting for at least an hour after use. I really wanted this to work for me, but it really doesn't. I'm bummed I spent so much on it.

It sounds like you are using the foaming cleanser to scrub the inside of your eyelids and that is not recommended as it is a soap. The cleansing oil is the product that should be paired with the scrub brush.

Cleared my stye in less than 2 days

I got a stye right after my wedding makeup trial. As soon as I felt it, I saw a small head on my lash line and used the oil, brush, and wash. The next morning the swelling was almost non existent but I still used the roller and the system that night. The stye was gone by the following morning.

Good so far

Got the whole bundle. The oil feels nice with the brush as the first step. The soap is good too, though the pump cap unscrews quite easily and it did leak most of the bottle on a short vacation. Roller is a nice warm sensation, though I find it's most effect if you do a warm compress first, then the roller, as the heat of the roller alone is not enough time to really soothe styes or chalazia.
