We process and ship your We Love Eyes within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST are considered the next business day. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

We Love Eyes currently ships to the United States, Canada and a select international locations such as the UK, France, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska adds an additional 7-10 business days. We are currently working on sharing We Love Eyes around the world. We offer four shipping speeds, because sometimes your eyes can't wait. Please note that expedited and rush shipping is only available in the 48 continuous states only.

  1. Standard: 5-9 business days
  2. Expedited: 2-3 business days
  3. Rush: 1-2 business days
  4. International shipments including Canada may take up to 2-6 weeks to be delivered.

What do I do if my shipment is delayed in transit?

We encourage you to reach out to the carrier of your package to inquire about your shipment. Phone numbers are listed below and most carriers have a chat support program available on their website for immediate assistance.

MY ORDER HASN’T SHIPPED YET - CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined once submitted. Please complete a new order for your additional items.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

In general, orders can be changed as long as they haven’t been processed. Please email weloveeyes@support.sparkart.com with your order number and we will do our best to help you out.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

All items must be returned in their original condition. All exchanges must be requested within 30 days for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders. We Love Eyes is not responsible for any items returned to us via a non-trackable delivery method that are lost in transit.

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge.

Please follow the instructions below within 10 business days of receiving your shipment.
