Capped meibomian glands, demodex collarettes, chalazia, or styes don’t stand a chance. Developed by optometrist, Dr. Tanya Gill, the MGD Cleansing System targets meibomian glands. The winning combination of healthy, clean ingredients and eye care specific tools to scrub, massage, and roll away the buildup that contributes to irritation, inflammation, and evaporative dry eye symptoms.

Follow these steps once a day before bedtime. 1) Roll the heat to soften meibomian oil glands. 2) Use 1 drop of cleansing oil on the head of the brush. Scrub the exit site and/or the eyelid margin to allow debris to release and unclog. Always use a 10X lighted magnifying mirror to do this detailed work. 3) Roll the heat again if needed. 4) Always wash off all that debris. This step also completes the double cleanse for a healthy eyelid skin barrier.

MGD is a frustrating eye problem. With practice and consistent use, the MGD Cleansing System will become an integral part of your self care routine. Place 1 drop of oil onto the scrub brush. With eyes carefully opened or closed, gently scrub the base of the lash. Repeat on all eyelids. Use a 10x lighted magnification mirror as needed.

Dispense 1-2 pumps of foam* onto clean fingertips. With eyes closed, gently rub onto eyelids, eyelashes, & face. Rrinse off with water. *Warning: Because this product is a soap, do not get into eyes.

Run Focused Eye Roll under hot enough water to create a rolling hot compress for your eyelid margins. Roll up & down (perpendicular to the eyelid margins) for best results. Always wrist test the temperature before using on the eye area.

I was looking for a way to naturally clean my eyes since I was struggling with red, itchy eyes. This is now a daily part of my morning routine and my eyes are extremely happy. Thank you for creating a product I can trust.

Trial and Error and Ahhh

It took a few nights to learn how to clean my eyelid margins with the tiny scrub brush and I'm still not sure that I have mastered. Using the foaming cleanser and the eye roller were easy and intuitive. LOVE the way that the eye roller feels. I returned the foam cleanser, because I think my eyes like the TTO cleanser better. We'll see how We Love Eyes handles returns.
