Lymphatic Drainage for Puffy Eyes

Glowing tool for lymphatic drainage with 'we love eyes' branding on a white background.

Lymphatic drainage for puffy eyes helps move excess fluid away from the under eye area and toward the lymph nodes where it can be drained. This is a temporary but helpful way to reduce the appearance of puffy eyes. It needs to be repeated every morning. If you have puffy eyes - it takes less than 5 minutes and it's a very natural way to go. The key is the sequence and the direction of movement. It's not a deep massage. It's a lot of tapping and superficial stroking. Think of it as gently guiding fluid. 💧I use Outta Sight Wand to get the job done.

1. Start With Clean Skin

  • Wash your face.

  • Apply a slip product (eye cream, facial oil, or serum) so the Outta Sight Wand glides easily.

2. "Open" the Nasal Lymph Nodes

Activate the drainage pathways in the facial area.

  1. Place fingers just on the side of the nose.

  2. Gently tap downward 20 times. I like to do 4 sets of 5 times.

3. "Move" the Fluid from Under-Eye Area

Use Outta Sight Wand with light pressure.

  1. Start at the inner corner of the under-eye.

  2. Gently glide outward toward the temple.

  3. Repeat 10 times per eye. I like to do 2 sets of 5 times.

The motion should be feather-light, almost like moving water.

4. "Collect" the Fluid

  1. Place one finger in front and behind the ear

  2. Make gentle circular pumps for 20 circles.

This helps collect fluid from the under eye.

5. Last, Apply Eye Cream with Outta Sight Wand

  1. Grab your favorite eye cream for PUFFY EYES.

  2. I like We Love Eyes A.M. Eyelid Gel and also We Love Eyes Shrubtox as both have eye-safe ingredients.
